Konvéz grew from more than a decade of working closely with companies and understanding their challenges, processes and needs. In 2025, Erick Mathias and Silvana Santos turned that experience into a technology company.
A designer since 2015, Erick has over a decade of experience across design, digital products and user experience, alongside software development. He leads Konvéz strategy, product and direction and works directly on the development of Konvéz Quality.
